We are a very fussy bunch at Taste of Nepal. We like things done the right way. We grind our own spices to ensure they are fresh all the time. The pre-ground spices from the stores oxidize and lose their flavors much quicker than whole spices. Therefore, fresh and freshly ground toasted spices add much more flavour to your dishes.
