Each room has individually controlled heating and cooling, mini bar, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clock radio and IDD and STD telephone with in-dial facility, work desks with conveniently positioned dial up internet access. Serviced apartments are available for extended stays.

Services include reception, business support center, laundry, fitness center, wireless high speed internet connection and Internet kiosk. The Terrace cafe features Gippsland wines and produce, private dining and bar facilities. Natural lit, purpose built meeting rooms of various sizes, are suitable for both business and social functions. Technical facilities include PA system and amplified lectern, flips charts, electronic and standard white boards, data projector, screens, television, video and DVD players.

Our function rooms can hold up to 200 people or as little as 2 for a one on one meeting or interview. Our catering packages have been revised with new and fresh ideas to cater for a working lunch or a hot buffet selection with tempting sweets for morning and afternoon teas.
