Our light-filled Greenhouse Function Room is the jewel in the crown of our function spaces and an ideal area to host wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as medium conferences and meetings. With close proximity to the Coral Sea Ballroom, The Greenhouse Function room can be used as a breakout catering & trade show area for guests to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. The Greenhouse Function Room features a private bar with the option of adding a portable bar or wine station on the lawn under our gazebos.

The Coral Sea is a large ballroom space, perfect for a conference plenary or large formal dinner. There is a built-in stage at the front of the room for discussion panels or guest speakers & Mc's, with an additional option of a portable stage to extend this space. Three roof-mounted projectors with HDMI connection ensure optimal viewing for all attendees, with an internal PA system providing efficient sound quality for presentations and speeches utilising the microphone and lectern. The Coral Sea has a large private bar area, featuring tap beer and local wines, as well as an extensive range of RTD's and spirits.

Our largest function space is The Coral Sea Tobruk Borneo Auditorium. This space encompasses three separate function rooms into one large space. The entire space can be used for seating, or the additional areas can be utilised for trade sponsors, catering or kids play areas. There is a large built in stage at the front of the room, perfect for discussion panels or guest speakers & Mc's, with an additional option of a portable stage to extend this space. Three roof-mounted projectors with HDMI connection ensure optimal viewing for all attendees, with an internal PA system providing efficient sound quality for presentations and speeches utilising the microphone and lectern. The Coral Sea Tobruk Borneo features two bar areas, one large bar located within the bar Coral Sea area, and an additional small bar towards the rear of the room in the Borneo area. Both bars feature tap beer and local wines, as well as an extensive range of RTD's and spirits.
