The Smith Restaurant & Bar is a global eatery located at the Windsor end of Prahran in Melbourne Victoria. Elegantly relaxed not flashy; smart yet casual. The Smith is perfect for all occasions planned or spontaneous. Spaces have been designed for lounging about, lingering over tastes and sips or privately entertaining a crowd. Bookings are available for parties of any size for lunch and dinner, every day. We always have tables becoming available for walk-ins, should a place not be available immediately you are welcome to enjoy a drink in our bar.

Smith openly welcomes events large and small, corporate or social. Brilliantly designed, purpose built spaces allow for stand up or sit down groups ranging from 10 to 140 guests. Complete AV capabilities are offered to guests making the rooms ideal for corporate presentations and business conferences or party entertainment. “Mrs Smith”, seating up to 24 people, is the more intimate of the two rooms. This space can also hold up to 30 guests for a cocktail style affair. The other larger space “Mr Smith” can hold up to 40 people for a sit down event and 60 guests for a cocktail party. Both rooms have access to private balconies which guests are welcome to mingle on as they please. If you’re after a larger scale event, you can book both rooms as they open onto each other to create one larger event space that will happily accommodate up to 140 people for a stand-up canapé function.
