From cocktail, seated and conference style events, The Fringe has a selection of food and beverage packages available to suit your needs and budget.
We can accommodate for groups as small as 10 or as large as 190 in a range of indoor and outdoor spaces.The Fringe’s menu is made up of a selection of items crafted to showcase the best of Victoria’s local and seasonal produce. A rustic Italian influence is woven throughout the menu. Simple, casual and hearty options, including a variety of wood fired pizzas, make it ideal for business lunches and dinners or as a compliment to your favourite glass of wine.
An extensive list of local and international wines is on offer at The Fringe, with large variety offered by the glass. If beers are more your thing, take your pick from a selection of the best local and imported brews.
