With seven distinct function areas spread across the venue, the BRT offers a unique destination for events including engagements, birthday celebrations, corporate functions, weddings, private parties, conferences and more. 

Our team is committed to providing you with quality service, making sure every detail of your event is catered for. From the menu and beverages to the style and decorations, our function manager will ensure your event runs smoothly and professionally.

Nestled in the centre of the complex is the Aviary, a modern and luxurious function room hosting corporate events, special occasions and formal gatherings. Phoenix Bar and Lounge is where patrons come to enjoy fine wines, cocktails, great food and entertainment.

Proud owners, the White family, have owned and operated the complex independently for over 40 years, driving its success with innovation and good old-fashioned hospitality.

No, we are a full licenced venue with a restaurant, we allow cakes to be brought in for birthday celebrations but no other food items.
Yes, we can set up a way for you to pay off an account with us leading up to your party we only ask you have the room hire fee as deposit.
Yes, but we can only hold tentative bookings for 5 days. Only when the deposit is paid then the booking will be secured.
