Perched high above the hustle and bustle of York Street, The Rook is one of Sydney’s most iconic rooftops. Renowned for its freshly caught lobsters, gourmet burgers and range of bespoke liquors.
Enjoy views of the Sydney CBD and the stars through our atrium-style glass rooftop. A treasured watering hole for city dwellers, The Rook is a bar that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
The Rook is the perfect space for a fun-filled, spectacular event of up to 120 people in a cocktail style event or 70 people in a seated style event.

Do you charge a venue hire for functions?

We do not charge hire fees, we do however ask for a minimum spend on food and beverage to book the venue or space.

Do you offer food and beverage packages?

Yes, we offer a range of package options to suit all budget and these can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Do you require a deposit to confirm a booking?

Yes, 30% of your minimum spend is required as a deposit to confirm your event.

Do you allow external catering?

All food and beverage is to be supplied by the venue.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased on our website. Please note they are not valid for functions & events.
