If you have always dreamed of a romantic garden ceremony in a cottage garden, then you
will be charmed by our cedar shingled gazebos surrounded by fragrant roses & flowers.
Follow this with drinks & hors d’oeuvres served to your guests on the rolling lawns while you
have your photos taken in either the bushland setting or the gardens brimming with colourful annuals or one of the many features so popular with photographers.

Busy brides find that choosing from one of our three All-Inclusive Wedding Packages very time saving & cost effective as they include all the trimmings for a garden wedding & elegant
reception (with a saving of 10%).

Round tables seating 10 people are standard. Hall hire is inclusive of long white Linen table cloths, Linen serviettes, Bridal Table & Cake Table skirting & scalloping, presents table, setting up costs, lectern for speeches. Air-conditioned, spacious dance floor, ample on-site parking, facilities & ramp access for wheelchairs, disabled toilets, covered entrance. Each has an ensuite bathroom one for each hall. There are two separate rooms for the use of the bridal party, Lunchtime functions commence about 12pm however you are required to vacate the hall by 4pm unless prior times have been confirmed with management. Evening functions can start whenever you wish & usually conclude by 12 am. On a Saturday evening in March, April, October or November, there is a minimum requirement of 60 full priced adults in the Boronia Hall & 80 full priced adults in the Banksia Hall. This is the number you will be charged for. At all other times there is a minimum requirement of 50 full priced adults in both halls . This is the number you will be charged for.

Our colourful gardens & gazebo are available for your ceremony when you book your reception here. Your ceremony can start at any time however during the hot Summer months, we recommend that you don't start until 4.30pm.
We meet you on arrival & co-ordinate the start of the ceremony.
Allow 20 minutes for your ceremony, 15 minutes for congratulations & about 1 ¼ hours for photos in the gardens.

Included In Price:
Exclusive use of the gazebo & surrounding gardens for your ceremony & photographs
No other conflicting ceremonies to be seen or music to be heard
Rehearsal time if required
Under cover area or foyer area for ceremony if the weather is inclement or very hot
Microphone in the gazebo if needed by your celebrant

Green carpet runner
Use of Bridal Change room
Wrought iron table with cloth & two chairs with covers for signing the register

Conditions:
Your ceremony & photographic session must conclude by 2.30pm as we reserve the later times for couples having their reception here. Other times are negotiable. Bookings are only taken 6 months in advance. A Deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm the booking. The deposit will be refunded if the wedding is cancelled provided more than 3 months notice is given. If less than 3 months notice is given, the deposit is not refunded. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
Due to Liquor Licensing Regulations, alcohol is not permitted to be consumed on the premises unless it is purchased from our Bar & a substantial meal is served. You are therefore not permitted to bring alcohol onto our premises (no eskies of liquor for the Bridal Party during photos).
