Masani comprises of two levels with the Grand Dining Room on the ground level, servicing the a la carte restaurant, and the private upstairs area, the 1889 Carlton Club Rooms servicing private and corporate events.

Cocktail Bar can be accommodate up to 35 guests seated and 60 guests standing, facilities include private stair access, fully serviced bar, bathrooms, and lounge area. 1889 Carlton Club can be accommodate comprises of the entire upstairs dining space, to hold 80 guests seated and 150 standing. Facilities include private stair access, fully serviced bar, bathrooms and lounge area. Grand Dining Room can be accommodate up to 100 guests seated and 200 guests standing, facilities include the restaurant bar & cellar, bathrooms and outdoor terrace.

Event styles which Masani offers include, set menu, choice menu, degustation menu, banquet, cocktail & grazing, conference, buffet, catering and on site serviced catering. Dishes across all event styles are a collection from the seasonal a la carte menu, in addition to Richard’s signature dishes and classic dishes.
