Certainly, all dietary requirements are catered for accordingly at Chefs selection and are due five (5) working days prior to your event commencement date. Kindly note, we do not cater to dietary preferences.

Please Note: It is important to kindly note that everything will be prepared in our kitchen which uses a range of items. Whilst care is taken we cannot eliminate cross contamination and traces of these food items may be present. We ask that if guests are anaphylactically allergic to the above items that they bring and keep with them their EpiPen in the case it is required
Minors are welcome to attend private events however are to be supervised at all times by a parent / guardian (an employer cannot act as either) and as per our terms and conditions must vacate the space by 10pm
Live entertainment is welcome to be arranged at your leisure, we just do not allow drums or bass guitars and outlined in our terms and conditions we ask that they are set up inside so that they are undercover and a maximum volume level of 75 decibels. However we will manage this directly with the entertainment on the night.
All food and beverage must be supplied by the hotel with no external catering permitted. However, celebration cakes can be brought in with notice and free cakeage will be provided to bona fide functions. All celebration cakes must be supplied by a professional who can supply a food safety certificate and ABN number upon request.
Yes. A signed invoice and 20% deposit or $800.00 (whichever is greater) are required to confirm your event seven (7) days from the invoice issue date. Please note the deposit is non-refundable and penalties apply for change of date and cancellation.
Certainly, you are welcome to decorate the space at your leisure, however no damage can be caused to the existing space. We also do not allow the use of confetti of any sort to be used as decoration in the room or surrounding areas.
