THE FIGS BYRON is an idyllic private garden and rural oasis in the heart of the beautiful Byron Shire, featuring panoramic views from the Nightcap Ranges National Park, to the iconic Mount Warning and Mount Chincogan, all the way to the Pacific Ocean at Brunswick Heads. Our newly built, award winning accommodation suites are nestled within 10 acres of expansive and stunning subtropical gardens, orchards and rural landscape, highlighted by four magnificent 250 year old Moreton Bay fig trees and a myriad of rare and exotic palms, flowering trees and shrubs. It is the perfect weekend escape or special event venue, be it wedding or corporate event.

We have more than 500 metres of pathways through the gardens, much of it wheelchair accessible, as well as more than 60 different varieties of organic fruit and nut trees in the surrounding gardens and orchards, producing wonderful succulent fruit for most of the year. Our resident flock of Wiltshire Horned Sheep provide a finishing touch to this beautiful and unique rural setting. The Figs Byron is ideally located in the centre of the tourist mecca of Byron Shire - only 5 minutes to the beaches and river of Brunswick Heads, 15 minutes to the centre of the iconic Byron Bay, and 5 minutes to the charm of Mullumbimby and beyond to the rainforests of the Byron hinterland.

On site amenities include:

• Large grassed reception site surrounded by gardens, with views from the mountains to the sea, large enough to accommodate a 20m x 10m marquee.  This site is fully serviced with power and lighting.
• Smaller grassed area (10m x 5m) suitable for a catering marquee, fully serviced for water and ample power, with easy access to parking area and entertainmant areas.
• Accommodation for up to 14 people, including:
  •  3 x high quality award-winning fully self-contained suites to accommodate up to 8 people (1 suite is fully disabled friendly)
  • Additional accommodation for up to 6 peole in the newly renovated fully self-contained 3-bedroom Bulburra Cottage. 
• 15m Swimming Pool with spa pool including views from the mountains to the sea (under construction to be completed by January 2019)
• Pool Utilities facility including bar area, BBQ facilities and 2 toilets adjacent to the pool (under construction to be completed by January 2019.)
• Large natural pole octagonal gazebo.  This gazebo provides an all-weather facility for up to 120 people standing or 60-70 people seated.  It also has views from the mountains to the sea. (Under construction to be completed by January 2019.)
• Your choice of beautiful options for other locations for activities throughout the gardens for less inclement weather.
