The Lounge Bar is our cosiest function room featuring a fireplace and beautiful lead-light window. A large sliding barn door closes the space off from the hustle and bustle of the front bar, allowing you and your guests complete privacy. This intimate space is perfect for hosting a private lunch or dinner for up to 20 guests, or 30 guests for cocktail events. The Lounge Bar is also the ideal space to host your next working lunch or corporate event. Equipped for groups of up to 20 people, access to a television for presentations, a portable whiteboard and wifi all come included with corporate reservations. With various options for catering, the POH is ready to host your next corporate meeting.  

Enjoy private access to three large banquet tables inside our spectacular Dining Hall, as well as private use of the adjacent Back Bar for cocktails and mingling on arrival. There are multiple locations to set up a dessert buffet, balloon installation or a dedicated kids play area.

Our undercover Deck is a leafy, heated outdoor space at the rear of the Dining Hall. Surrounded by flower beds, potted plants & hanging vintage pendant lights, the Deck & Back Bar is an impressive space to host a variety of events. Included in every Deck booking is the Back Bar, this provides exclusive access to your very own private bar to service your event. The large glass bi-fold doors can be pushed back to turn the Back Bar & Deck into one large alfresco space. You also have the option of extendning the private space beyond the Deck if your reservation sits over 120 guests. Conditions apply.

The Post Office Hotel's hidden gem, The Dining Hall, is the perfect event space to host your special day.
