Located onsite, our function rooms are situated on the ground floor. In contrast to Cocos Dining Room that seats up to 300 guests that is often the choice for larger conventions, our Riverview Lounge caters for up to 100 guests for dinner and is a preferred alternative for smaller events. It offers stunning views of the Murray River with numerous set-up options and secure meeting facilities. During the Summer months, the Palm Court outdoor area offers the perfect area for your private function with an outdoor BBQ facility.

  • Salt and pepper squid with asian salad and a mango, sweet chilli sauce
  • Vegetarian tart with maple glazed sweet potato, crumbed feta, walnuts and rocket V
  • Asian style prawn skewer with wasabi aioli and leafy salad GF
  • Dukkah seared kangaroo fillet served with roasted sweet potato and a red onion jam
  • Thai chicken salad with coriander pesto served in a savoury pastry case
  • Braised beef cheek with beetroot puree GF

MAINS:

  • Slow cooked lamb rump served with a silky pumpkin puree, rocket salad and red wine jus GFA
  • 200g fillet mignon served with potato and roasted garlic mash and mushroom jus GFA
  • Brie and sundried tomato stuffed chicken breast, served with baby spinach, herbed cous cous and hollandaise sauce GFA
  • Confit pork belly served on parsnip puree with caramelised apple sauce and date chutney GF
  • 14 hour slow roasted scotch fillet served with potato gallete, broccolini and red wine jus GFA
  • Atlantic salmon served on wok tossed asian greens with caramelised soy sauce and lemon
