All rooms are non-smoking and have a television and comfortable beds. All rooms have ensuite facilities. We do not however supply linen (sheets, pillows, towels, etc).

There is a communal kitchen which has a stove, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a coin operated laundry with a washer and dryer.

On check-in we require two weeks rental in advance and weekly thereafter, ie: rent is to be paid one week in advance (no exceptions).

Please note that require a $25 key deposit on check-in, this is refundable on check-out.
