Among the many reasons to select The Louise for your next small group event is the unique culinary journey your delegates will experience while dining at co-located Appellation restaurant. Our staff is pleased to assist in creating a special event for you, your business partners and close associates. Private dining at Appellation commands the attention of the entire restaurant team. We intend that the complete experience, from selecting the menu with the guidance of our chef, right through to after-meal coffees will exceed your expectations.
Private dining experiences are offered for both lunch and dinner at Appellation, with menus, service and location suited to the time of day. Appellation’s chefs will tailor a menu highlighting the finest freshest, seasonal cuisine along with wines from the restaurant’s award-winning wine list.
For groups of up to 16 guests we are pleased to offer your party exclusive use of Appellation’s Six Seasons private dining room. For larger groups up to a maximum of 48 guests, Appellation restaurant may be closed to other diners and the entire dining area dedicated to your group. Restaurant buy-outs such as this are possible provided at least ten suites at The Louise form part of your meeting arrangements.
